Adaaya uses a hydraulic machine to mould and punch the plate of the sheath. Moreover, it can get any shape out of the sheath, so as to ensure as little of the sheath is left over in the end. You could look at it as a punching machine, punching holes in paper. The only difference is that these are much larger, and cut different shapes out of leaves and are operated by foot. Yes, you read that right—Adaaya’s employees operate the machine with a pedal to churn out a large number of plates through the day! This makes sure Adaaya never runs out of plates to give you!
