Shipping and Delivery Policy

 

Adaaya is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Book post or Speed post.

 

How much are the delivery charges?

There are standard charges for by road delivery and special charge for expedited delivery.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

How will the delivery be done?

We send all packages via reputed courier’s agencies. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Book post or Speed post.

Is there any hidden costs?

There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final product price including taxes.

How do I track my shipment?

Adaaya uses only reputed courier agencies. We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product. This shipping confirmation email will have the tracking number which you can use to track your product.

What pin codes do you ship to?

Adaaya ships to almost all pin codes in India. For more information contact us at info@adaayafarm.com.

 

What if I the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-44-43016552 or email us at roli@adaayafarm.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

Adaaya’s return policy is simple and straight forward. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s).

If you think, you have received the product(s) in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-44-43016552 mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product(s) back.

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount within 2 working days. The orders that have already been shipped out by us will not be cancelled and you will have to return the product.

You may drop us an email at info@Adaayafarm.com or call at +91-44-43016552 (10:00 am to 6:00 pm IST), and request a return within 2 days from delivery of the product(s). Our customer care team will guide you how to process returns. 

We shall process the refund subject to receipt of the merchandise at our location in unused condition in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, failing which return/ refund may not be possible. Please note we shall not entertain any request after 30 days from delivery of the product(s). 

Any returns must be accompanied by the original invoice, which is shipped along with the products. We will not be able to accept returns which are not accompanied by the relevant original invoice. 

The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

Product(s) that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product

Product(s) not in its original condition

In case of return of product(s) the customer shall be liable to return all the product(s) which were offered free as an offer on purchase of the original product(s).

Our Quality Control team will inspect the return shipment. Upon successful processing of return, you will be refunded the purchase amount of returned product(s). If you have paid online via credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refunded amount will be credited back to your account. We will process the refund within 10 working days.
